Why Sad Girl Survival Club Exists

A love letter to the overwhelmed

SGSC was created for the burnt-out helpers, the anxious girls, and anyone just trying to survive in a very loud world. We believe mental health tools shouldn't feel like a prescription—they should feel like home. We’re here to make emotional wellness feel less clinical and way more human through a blend of evidence-based intel and cozy-chaotic aesthetics.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do digital downloads work?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link instantly — no waiting, no shipping. You can print your worksheets and guides at home or at a local print shop. Downloads are available immediately and can be accessed anytime from your order confirmation email.

When will my physical kit ship?

Our crochet kits and physical products are currently available for pre-order and will begin shipping mid-July 2026. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you ordered a bundle that includes both a physical kit and digital downloads, your digital items are delivered instantly while the physical kit ships separately.

Do I need experience to use the craft kits?

Nope! All of our kits are designed with beginners in mind. Each kit includes step-by-step instructions and access to video tutorials so you can follow along at your own pace. No prior crochet or embroidery experience needed — just patience, good vibes, and a love for making things.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States. Digital downloads are available worldwide instantly after purchase — no shipping required. For physical orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Meet Your Resident Therapist

I’m Hailee. I’m a therapist, but I’ve spent way too much time doing the 'mental work' while my nervous system was still stuck in a 404 error. I realized survival isn't just about untangling your thoughts; your body needs to feel safe, too. I curated this shop to bridge that gap—combining 'head work' (our digital guides) with physical tools you can touch, wear, and fidget with to tell your brain it’s okay to chill. Welcome to the club. You’re doing better than you think.
