Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sadgirlsurvivalclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. Digital downloads are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. For approved claims, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
